Function Name:Area Manager
Main Tasks:
1. Sales target achievement
•To successfully achieve annual sales target assigned by the regional manager based on the VWFC overall annual sales target.
•To assist dealer sales management for making sales plan in retail loan business based on dealers’ monthly or quarterly sales performance.
•To assist WFO Management Team to achieve annual wholesale target by visiting dealers with area WFO.
•To develop new areas and more potential opportunities in the existing areas according to VWFC’s area expansion plan.
•To assist and support on-site mortgage registration for new cities with our local VWFC delegates and maintain good relationship with local VRO to make sure our daily retail business running smoothly.
2. Dealer and Brand SBU relationship maintenance
•To analyze target dealer performance by using sales tools provided by Business Coordination Team (e.g. TA, AMC, TAC, DVS etc.).
•To arrange dealer visit schedule reasonably and appropriately with the economic consideration of traveling cost.
•To arrange Brand SBU visit regularly from where the dealer information, local market trends and newly manufactory policies will be shared.
•To attend dealer management meeting so as to improve dealers sales performance by gathering dealer recent information (sales state, stock aged cars, sales volume etc.), collecting dealers’ enquiry and problem, recording open issues and feed backing to Business Coordination Team for problem solving.
•To assist Sales Department and dealers to sign and update the dealer cooperation agreement and appendix; to provide support upon the request of VWFC about customer’s documents matters for wholes business.
•To assist dealer to design and calculate subsidy proposal in order to improve dealers’ stock aged cars volume.
•To propose, arrange and organize dealer event jointly with Brand SBU to maintain the close relationship with dealers and solidify dealers’ loyalty.
3. Training support
•To organize and provide coaching for new and existing dealers in retail and wholesale business including VWFC’s basic knowledge, retail loan business, wholesale business and sales skill advanced knowledge and any other training topic assigned by Sales Department and Brand SBU.
•To prepare and update training materials provided by sales training department to meet the individual or group dealers’ request.
4. Market information feedback
•To feedback all market information timely to HQ including latest local market trends and competitors‘ pricing information etc. acquired from dealership.
•To report all information about dealers to HQ including sales performance, financial situation, operational issues, reputations, relationship with local government and direct or indirect involvement as the reference for retail and wholesale credit and analysis decision.
•To support implementing market survey launched by company internal departments with newest and effective information in responsible area.
5. Working plan and report
•To make working plan with assurance of quality and timeliness for dealer visit and submit it to regional management and business coordination team weekly on the basis of required working plan template.
•To fulfill working report which embody the performance of working plan about the discuss result with dealers and submit it to regional management and business coordination team weekly on the basis of required working report template.
6. Flexible responsibilities
•To perform any other duties required upon department head or region sales manager’s decision with reasonable diligence.
Education:
•College or above education degree, majoring in Finance is preferred.
Working Experience:
•3 years working experience in automotive industry, either at international manufacturer or dealer group in sales, after-sales or dealer development functions, at least 1 years in Auto Finance Industry.
