General Summary Statement
The incumbent of this position is responsible for the recruitment activities of all level positions and management of HR operations.
Main responsibilities:
Recruiting
• Be responsible for yearly domestic and overseas recruitment activities;
• Review the hiring requirements with departments timely;
• Prepare, post, update vacancies internally and externally;
• Search, screen, interview and recommending qualified candidates for assigned job positions;
• Coordinating candidates selection, reference check & hiring decision making process;
• Handling new employee offer and on-board process;
• Establish and maintain recruitment channels across China including headhunting, campus, intermediaries, job fairs and employee referrals;
• Conduct the Exit Interview and make the attrition analysis.
HR Business Partner
• Support the implementation, monitoring and compliance with global policies, procedures and local regulations;
• Support change as needed for the APAC head office to ensure the alignment with the evolving business strategy;
• Review and develop the HR policies and procedures and ensure all the policy and procedure are followed;
• Support the implementation and execution of HR related projects and manage the daily HR operations
• Analyze trends with people implications (e.g. turnover, fulfillment rate, etc.);
• Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the business;
• Monthly related report and other assignments.
Talent Retention
• Responsible for supporting line managers in succession planning, and driving the subsequent development actions for supervisory and above, ensuring a robust process is followed and sufficient talent is available to meet future business needs;
• Implement global talent management initiatives in APAC zone, align APAC plan for HiPo individuals with global talent management plan;
• Partner with others to build communication and change plans to support organizational, leadership and talent programs;
• Implement measurement strategies, analyzes results, and identifies program improvements;
• Cooperate with BU HR team to support implementation of talent management and retention initiatives;
• Responsible for ongoing maintenance, support, and improvement of talent programs.
Candidate Capabilities:
• Bachelor degree is a must;
• Minimum of 4 years previous work experience with well-balanced competence as an overall generalist in HR function and have specialized competence in recruiting, talent management or business partner;
• HR management experience with multinational companies, FMCG experience is preferred;
• Have excellent communication skills, can fluently report and communicate in both English and Chinese;
• Good time management and organizational skills;
• A good understanding of the role of HR in the business and able to work proactively and independently.
